Ophthalmology Conference France - 2012 Exhibit Background Information This annual conference attracts approximately 85 - 100 physicians primarily from the four state sponsors (Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri). The meeting provides exhibitors with a terrific opportunity for direct physician contact in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Unlike more traditional conferences at which doctors may only attend for a day or even a single lecture, our attendees like to arrive in time for the welcome reception on thursday evening and generally stay through the last talk on Saturday. As in previous years, 2012 vendors will have assigned booths which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For an updated booth availability diagram, . Exhibit Hall Location: The meeting will be in the Big Cedar Lodge's . The exhibit hall is located on the main level of the building with easy access. The exhibit hall will be located immediately adjacent to the lecture room with the registration area just outside the entrance to the exhibits. Food and beverages are served in the exhibit hall. Display Space: We are offering twenty 10' x 10' booths and two "premium" booths which are 20' x 10'. All booths include a 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, a booth sign, a wastebasket and a 110/120 volt electrical outlet. Additional tables, A/V equipment or other supplies may be ordered through the Big Cedar Lodge. An order form will be provided to all registered exhibitors.
